Q: What is your jewelry made of?
A: Much of our jewelry is made with plated metals and copper, designed to be affordable,
fun to wear pieces. We also make some of our designs in gold-
We use Swarovski crystals and Czech beads extensively in our designs. Swarovski crystals are the best of the best, no other crystal compares. Czech glass beads are beautiful and available in many colors, sizes and shapes. We also use other glass beads, turquoise, mother of pearl and more. The types of beads and crystals used are listed in the individual item descriptions.
Q: Will my jewelry look just like the photos in your shop?
A: Handcrafted jewelry will, by its very nature, vary somewhat from one piece to another, adding unique charm to even the simplest designs. Also, beads and crystals may vary slightly from one dye lot to another.
We do our best to show accurate photos of our products, however, a photo is not the real thing and due to differences in computer screen resolutions and browsers, colors may appear lighter or darker on your monitor. We identify the colors used in the jewelry in our item descriptions to help avoid any confusion.
Q: Do you make customized jewelry?
A: Yes, we will customize jewelry and we welcome the opportunity to design something specific ally for your needs. If you like a particular design, but would prefer a different metal, different bead colors, etc., just let us know and we will do our best to provide exactly what you want.
Differences in wrist size make it difficult to create “one size fits all” bracelets, so our bracelet s can be lengthened or shortened by request, and usually at no extra charge. This also applies to necklaces, in case you prefer a shorter or longer length than what is listed. Check individual listings for information about customizing lengths and any charges involved. Or, feel free to send a message if you don’t find the information you need in the listing.

Keep in mind that our ability to customize designs is affected by our inventory, as well as availability of components from our suppliers. Also, custom designs may require a deposit of 50 percent and may take as long as 4 weeks to ship after receipt of payment.
