Q:  When will my order be shipped?

 

A:  Orders are normally shipped within 2 days, no longer than 3 days after payment is received. I will contact you to let you know when your order has shipped.

 

Custom orders may take 1-4 weeks to complete and ship, depending on the materials used and the complexity of the project.

 

Q:  How will my order be shipped?

 

A:  Shipping is by USPS First Class, but if you need to upgrade shipping to Priority Mail, this can be done at an additional charge. When checking out, just leave a message and I will get in touch with you and I can invoice you for the additional amount.

 

Q:  Is shipping insurance included in the shipping cost?

 

A:  Shipping insurance is available at an additional charge. Leave a message for seller when checking out and I will invoice you for the additional cost.
