Q:  Do you accept  returns?

 

A:  Returns are accepted under certain conditions. Contact Silver Sky Designs within 3 days after receipt of your order to request a refund or exchange. Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please refer to our shop’s return policies, either at Etsy or on ArtFire, for specific details on Silver Sky Designs’ Return Policy.

 

 

 

Q:  Can I get  a refund?

 

A:  This will depend on circumstances. In the case of damaged goods, normally this would warrant an exchange. If an item is really not what you expected, you may request a refund. Please contact within 3 days after receipt of your order if you need to request a refund or exchange. Q:  My order hasn’t arrived. Can I get a refund?

 

A:  Delayed or lost packages are handled on an individual basis, depending on circumstances. If your order hasn’t arrived within a reasonable period of time since you were notified that your order had shipped, please contact us so that we will be aware that there is a problem. Also, if you have purchased shipping insurance, we will need to begin the claim-filing process in a timely manner.

For international customers, packages may be held in customs for long periods of time.
